I want to thank you very much for sending me this. I truly appreciate it. You have restored a bit of my cynicism. As I have experienced in the past, if I advise a company of a faulty product, I haven't even been graced with a response. I only wanted to inform them of the fault; I had no expectations of refunds or replacements. How else can they fine-tune their products?
You surprised me (and made me happy), by going that extra mile, and sending me a replacement.
