Directions
Adults: 10ml 3 times per day before meals in a glass of water or juice, followed by a second glass of water. Best taken before meals. If excessive bowel movement occurs, reduce dose. Each 500ml bottle of CleanseU will last for approximately 2 weeks.
Children: Not recommended for children under 12 unless under medical supervision.
It is recommended to drink plenty of water whilst taking CleanseU and to ensure bathroom facilities are available.
If you have not used CleanseU before, we recommend an initial course of two CleanseU bottles (approx. one month) for best results.
Though there are no dietary restrictions while taking CleanseU, for more effective results, avoid dairy products for the first week and combine with a good quality probiotic. After finishing your course of CleanseU please ensure that your diet includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.
This product contains Cassia angustifolia and may have a laxative effect. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence and serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If fluid retention persists seek medical advice.
