Detailed Review : As the weekday cook in our house, I have found this to be valuable asset in our kitchen. The meals are easy to prepare, healthy and our kids (4 & 7 years)are happy to eat and get involved in cooking. The handy ring-bound format also means that even with increased useage, there is minimal damage to the actual book. Great all sugar-free, wheat-free and dairy free recipes cater for family members with food intolerances (like our 7 year old) and means we are not loading our kids up with artificial flavours, preservatives or additives. Great for everyday cooking.

Detailed Review : My new favourite recipe book! This book is amazing - simple, practical, healthy and tastey. I like the way that all of the ingredients are easily accessable (no obscure ingredients that you have to spend hour or days looking for) and you don't have to spend all day in the kitchen to prepare a great meal.
